These terms cover your purchase and use of Vertex Plugins' SketchUp extensions (Vertex Interior Pack, Vertex Tools, Vertex Structure). By buying or using any of these plugins, you agree to the terms below.

What you're buying

Every plugin is sold as a one-time licence. This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges, and your licence does not expire.

Licence terms

Each licence key is valid for a single installation, tied to the specific plugin it was issued for.
A licence key can only be activated once. Once used, it cannot be transferred to another key or reused elsewhere.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish your licence key.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the licensing system built into the plugins.

Payment

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, PayGate.to. We do not directly handle or store your payment details.

No warranty

These plugins are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we build and test them carefully for real production use, we can't guarantee they'll be free of bugs or fit every possible use case. We are not liable for any damages, lost work, or lost time resulting from using these plugins.

Account

A Google account is required to purchase and to view your order and licence history. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
