Refund Policy

Vertex Plugins sells digital products: SketchUp plugin licence keys. Because a licence key is delivered instantly and can be activated right away, refund requests are handled differently than with a physical product.

General policy

Once a licence key has been issued and activated, the sale is generally final. This is standard practice for digital licence keys, since activation cannot be undone once it happens.

When a refund may be considered

• The plugin genuinely doesn't work as described, and the issue can't be resolved through support
• You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate payment for the same order)
• The licence key was never successfully delivered to you

To request a refund, contact us through the Support page within 14 days of your purchase, with your order ID and a description of the issue.

If a refund is approved

The associated licence key will be deactivated and can no longer be used, since it's tied to the refunded order.
