This page explains what information Vertex Plugins collects when you use this website, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address.
• Order info: which plugin(s) you bought, the price, and an order ID, so we can generate and deliver your licence key.
• Payment info: we do not collect or store your card, bank, or crypto wallet details ourselves. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, PayGate.to, which only tells us whether a payment succeeded and its amount.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and order history
• To generate and deliver your licence key(s)
• To respond if you contact us for support

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Your account and order data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service. Sign-in is handled by Google's own authentication system — we never see or store your Google password.

Licence keys

Each licence key is tied to your account and to the specific plugin you purchased. Keys are single-use: once activated on a computer, that key is marked as used and cannot be reused elsewhere.

Your choices

You can ask us to see what information we hold about you, or to delete your account and associated data, by reaching out through the Support page. Note that deleting your account may affect our ability to verify a past purchase if you need support later.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
